This game could at least have been mentioned one or twice already on the forum! Now i needed to wait for the friends over at EPIC to throw me a freebie, erm i mean, to give the game a chance. I belief this one is better money spend then Star Renegades or... do you disagree on that point?

I'm not sure what you mean. Crying Suns has been discussed several times in the forums, at least at release, and it has a demo on GOG.

I'm quite happy with it and I liked the demo, but it will take some time before I play it. I was happier with Darkest Dungeon and Solitairtica.

Must have overlooked those discussions, with all the " i'm leaving GoG " and " Free GoG " messages around the place literally darkened. I almost would say that i rather read the messages from that witcher chap then these ones

Sorry I don't understand what you are talking about. I thought you posted a screenshot from Crying Suns?
I can't literally understand any of your sentences.

This game is on GoG for months now. The main forum discussion has moved a lot of pages to the never visited graveyard of the forum.
For everything else, there is a crying suns subforum. Not very populated though.
In the end it is an indi roquelike space thing shown in pixels. Not everybody's cup of tea.

Btw, for the next time you have to start a game discussion in the main forum (because this is where you are right now).
How about using the name of the game in the thread title.
Not your first time not doing that...

Excuse me?

did you keep taps or something?

but outside your end comment it does seem to be sound advice

I just can see your posting history in your profile with you starting threads in the main forum without nameing the game.
Or with the loved forum game "what game is he talking about".

We got suforums for the games.

And you are asking why you can't find a discussion about that game on the first page of the forum.
Well, it is here for some time and all threads moved to further behind pagess of the forum. I was released more then a year ago...

And as long as you don't find enough people for talking about a real big AAA title for a longer time, what do you expect from something like crying suns.

ok, my first guess is that you were disappointed that EPIC gave Crying Suns and not some other game. You could try and explain the problem better and name the game, and possibly check that's not on GOG yet. Also you talk in a weird way that seems unrelated to the problem and make it really hard to follow your thoughts.

It was announced in September 2019 and published here on day one with free demo :)
Crying Suns turned out to be quite the game so far. I can really dig into the Main command view while ordering your squadrons around or watching expeditions unfold. The whole idea of , one battleship at a time is a bit weird but, as long as you are able to launch sizes from drones towards cruisers the whole idea is pretty oke. Battles while simple do tend to be quite tactical and so far, only in the first chapter, at the end of the first chapter to be more precise, i had one 10 minute lasting showdown which really asked me to deduct what exactly was going on here expecting more then just simple button smashing.

As far as i'm concerned the game, while roguelite in setup, deserves more mentioning whenever the goo'old question " what do your recommend ? " surfaces... again

Best part of the game you ask?
The part where the enemy battleship sinks out of view burning and exploding !
