I've been trying FOR FOUR DAYS and I STILL CANNOT GET IN! NO replies from gog, no help at all! Only thing I get is this stupid auto generated message saying they've recieved my ticket.

Yeah yeah yeah I get the have a back log of people who can't play cyperwank..

I don't even have that game. I CAN'T EVEN LOG IN to play it even IF I had it..

Now I'm writing a fucking post on a forum where the support staff doesn't even come apparently...................................................................................................

I can reset my password. But ONLY if I use the Galaxy DRM client. And on BOTH the website AND the DRM client, I get an incorrect password when trying.

If I try to reset my password on the website, I even get a fucking USER NOT FOUND or some such god damn error..

What the hell is this madness!??!!?

It's a long shot but are you by any chance using an ad blocker that could be blocking Google reCAPTCHA? I think they use it here sometimes when you try to log in or make changes to your account. If it's blocked you won't see any prompt, instead you'll just get an error.

Possibly. I know on certain sites i have to give full access temporarily to log into GoG and Humble Bundle and a couple other places (annoying as hell).

Also i had issues with FF 40+ so you may need a newer browser period.
I doubt that is the cause. I've tried multiple browsers, even Edge which is absolutely clean from everything.. Still nothing. And the DRM is also acting up, so I doubt it's browser related.

I could understand if I was banned for some ridiculously reason. But I have not received any indication of that at all. No emails stating anything of the sort. So that can't be it either.

It's not a bad suggestion, though.

@rtcvb32 No worries, I can understand that would be a logical conclusion.

And as I've mentioned, I've tried multiple browsers and still get the same error. And as I've also said, the DRM does the same thing. So I doubt it's a browser thing.

Also, I can obviously make a new account and log into that one without a problem, both on the website and the DRM, however my main acc is just fubar.

But I very much doubt I'm banned, as it has happened from one day to the next without me having done literally anything at all. Just dead. And no emails stating any actions taken from gog's side.....

I am having the exact same problem, and it seems that many others as well, given the many entries in the forums and troubleshooting webpages' comments. Please, if the support centre contacts you and gives you a solution, publish it, cause I'm afraid about how long we will have to wait before customer service answers our tickets. I hope our requests get more "priority" than those asking about cyberpunk/other things, cause we literally cannot play a single thing, at least in my case cause I tried to log in in a new computer in order to download my games and I have been unable to do so.
I promise, as soon as I hear something promising, I'll post back here.

I've gotten to the point now where I've contacted the people who own GOG.com, to see if they can get a move on things, because frankly this is just shitting on people.

I get a lot of people have problems with cyberwank, but those of us who can't even log on to either play games or pay for games will prob just never return. Not really a smart business policy.

Thank you. I also tried to reach them via Twitter, tagging them about the problem, hope I can make them aware that way too. I really hope this issue is solved before the holidays are over :/
Yeah I tried making a post on their facebook page, and it was just immediately deleted.. Which just pisses me off even more.

I just received an email saying my ticket is being processed! First notice since I put up my ticket. Have you received this as well? It also says that I will have to wait much more due to the amount of tickets, but at least I know it seems someone is going to look at it

I really have no idea. I received one, teh first one, the moment when I placed the ticket, sayng that they would look into it and listing a series of articles that could help me, thats why I know that first one was autogenerated. The second one though, said that the ticket was being processed and that anything else that I could add please send it their way, so even if it's auto-generated seems to be more "personal" than the first one. I honestly dont expect them to solve anything at least before the weekend is over, but it gave me a lil hope that it will be resolved before long. I hope so, at least
