I purchased the following games :
Dark Fantasy 2: Jigsaw Puzzle
Dark Fantasy: Epic Jigsaw Puzzle
Dark Fantasy: Jigsaw Puzzle

They are present on my account, but I cannot download them because there are no offline or gog galaxy files.

Can you help me ?

I will try.

Might try clearing the browser cache, sometimes things don't update right. Or if it's not a new enough version of the browser where things just break.

Otherwise double-check it's using the system you plan on using. More than once i randomly was downloading Mac files, for no reason rather than the windows or linux version. Wouldn't be a surprise if there's say no Mac version of a game and that's why there's no downloads.

Lastly, hope it isn't a case of a censored game but the censored version isn't available yet. But seems unlikely. Otherwise if you are using addons for firefox, try disabling them or making sure scripting is allowed for the gog related sites. That too can break things unexpectedly. (I block quite a few elements and scripts)

According to gogdb, there is nothing (no offline installers and no galaxy builds) for all three games.

where are the offline installers for both tintin and flashback 2 when using galaxy? i do actually "want" to use galaxy for automation in such cases and not manually grab dozens of files in parts via the website.

CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW??? WHERE ARE THE GALAXY OFFLINE INSTALLER FILES FOR TINTIN & FLASHBACK 2, TWO NEW GAMES I PRE-ORDERED AT FULL PRICE, THAT AFTER MONTHS NOW, HAVE NOT GOT OFFLINE INSTALLER FILES (OR ANYTHING) UNDER THE EXTRAS TAB FROM WITHIN GALAXY?

..DON'T WORRY HOSS, I HAVE NOW SWITCHED (METHODS!!!!!!!!) AND WILL BARELY *BUY* FROM GOG.... WATCH ME... YOU WANTED GAMES, YOU GOT IT!!!
