Assuming you're talking about actual free games, you can get all of them.. since they're free...

If you're talking about the unlockable XP reward games on this page from the winter sale, you can get all of them you qualify for -- it's not an "either...or" thing. Your XP total doesn't decrease after redeeming something. Just be aware that this XP isn't good for anything else on the site, and that those games will not be redeemable for too much longer.

If, on the other hand, you were talking about the free games here...well, like someone else said, they're free. Go nuts if you want to! =)

All "<span class="bold">free</span>" full games are free as in beer and you can get all of them (so you can download and play them without paying or even providing payment data, but not sell, rip textures, use in your paid multimedia performances depending on jurisdiction, etc). No strings attached, no extra lives for real money, etc.
Those that are "TBA" aren't actually free, it's just a filtering quirk.
DLCs are free but only available if you have the game.

You mean this? It's the full game (expansions and all) that used to be sold for $5.99.
