That's not part of the current avatar bug. The avatar displayed in the topic list has always been the one the OP had at the time they started the thread.


This bug causes quite the confusion - people show as having one avatar next to their posts, another when they've been quoted, and sometimes a completely different one in one's contacts list.

I noticed my new avatar would not update outside of the account page and I think it was because it was in PNG format. I converted my icon to JPG format and now I see it while browsing the forums.

Roxolani: I think community avatar is broken/buggy. I've changed my avatar several times but nothing happened. I tested it by Firefox and Chrome, refreshed (and hard-refresh too) the page, log-out and log-in. But it seems that it does not work.

It accepts new avatars, but the community avatar remains unchanged. It's just the old one. Any solutions?
I can't change your avatar either. Definitely broken
