SOO,it's been a mouth of this and im at my wits end. idk what to do here.

also,im dumb and it has nothing to do with my bank account! it's very healthy

Do you have any DLCs in your cart that you don't own the base game to? It's a common reason that prevents checkouts. See attached.

If you're using Galaxy, you're better off using the browser version to buy your games as you'll encounter less issues there.

Error messages are in the top left and top right of the page, and those areas aren't visible in the screenshots posted. Here's an example of what that looks like.
