If you want some help, you're going to have to provide more details than that.

Hmm, that's odd. It says your bank declined and they said it should be fine?

I recommend you contact support about this issue.
https://www.gog.com/support/contact/my_orders_and_payments
They may take a while to get back to you, but they tend to be very friendly and understanding and should presumably not give you any issues on the discount if they don't get to you before the promotion's over.

Usual case with american banks is that they automatically decline any overseas charges, and GOG's payment passes through Cyprus (may have changed it recently, unsure about it). Check if your card can be used for international purchases, since that is the usual suspect.

Yeah I talked to them about that, They said all transactions to europe arent blocked at all. Same with gog.com
Have you tried paypal (using the same credit card)?

That's what I used when (apparently) my bank blocked further transactions with gog.com for awhile, when I made several small purchases over a small amount of time. Then I switched to paypal so that I could purchase some more games before the time runs out.
Are you selecting the Gift option during checkout? That's been holding up some people lately under certain circumstances.

Check for blocks to Cyprus itself. Gog does their banking there. That was the holdup for me.

In the old days before I got my credit card, I would put money in my PayPal account and then pay with that to get gog games.

I do wish gig would just fix their payment issues, though. All the workarounds to everything was fine when gig was an infant. But now it's all grown up, it needs to fix these things.

This is your bank protecting you if your in the states... GOG comes from overseas and many CC's and banks wont allow a charge from their location without authorization from you directly.

What I would suggest is side loading money into PayPal as they have no country of origin restrictions and pay that way. you generate a barcode and go to CVS/Rite Aid and can put up to $500 in PayPal which hold the money instead of pulling from your bank.

Be sure your browser is a fairly modern browser, too. No internet explorer 6 over here.
