Distribute or selling banned games is illegal in Germany, but you can still acquire or possess them (that's legal). So you could ask someone to buy them for you or trade them in the "GOG's (General) Trading Thread". It really sucks, but GOG (or Steam) can't be above the law.

If all the games on GOG, that the OP is interested in, happen to have these issues, I can certainly understand his stance towards GOG.

@odinfan, timppu: Some games I buy from humble bundle, some from dotemu and most I don't buy at all. As I said in the opening post. I played all these back in the days and buying them again is just for having them. Mostly I only start them once and play around a little and that is it.

@tfishell: What do you think GOG will tell me? "No we can't. btw you are the only one doing that"

@DanTheKraut: Thanks for the information. As you said, it is funny how GOG claims to know what they can and cannot do, but the law says otherwise.

@RWarehall: Just to make it clear. I know, that I could have bought nearly all of these games I listed, but have you ever heard of something called "principle"? And how do I change anything by just going on like before?

@PandaLiang: I would like GOG to be the good old GOG with their principles. If that does not happen, so I will not buy here. Simple as that.

@timppu: I prefectly understand your argument, even the one with Volkswagen, so I see that whole thing blown out of propotion, but that is something completely different.

@Johny: Since you seem to be a nice guy, you should ASAP warn the following people that they are about to get arrested http://www.gameware.at/ and http://www.gamesonly.at/ and https://www.gameshop.at/ and many more. Or maybe you should ask them, why they are not in jail, because they sell "bad" games you are not allowed to sell to german customers to german customers. This makes me think. One of you can't be right.
I do have a second question. Why is selling one indexed game ok and the other not?

@R8V9F5A2: On principle, that is why I don't buy anything. Once you start with regional blocking (which for me is drm) you will end where Steam is now. I know, most people will a) not believe this and b) are not effected so they don't care, but time will tell.
