Nostalgic bump!

i don't think i played that many Houmongous games other than the Backyard series, still i almost cried a little bit when i read that discussion in your link.

(Can I assume 58 isn't the year you were born?) Good cry or bad cry? I guess nostalgia is usually a bit of both. In any case, I'm trying to raise support in an attempt to bring these games here, hopefully for 5.99 prices + soundtracks. :-)

At 18 years old many of these games populated my childhood. Spy Fox and Freddi Fish WERE the shit, and Pajama Sam was pretty cool too! I haven't played them for years but I'd say they could still hold up today. I'd call the story-lines less "kiddie" also and really more "family friendly," able to be enjoyed by anyone who's heart isn't made of stone. These games taught me about video gaming as a kid in a household where other games weren't allowed.

I plan on collecting more positive YouTube quotes, but for right now this is a pointless bump.

Dear GOG Gods,

Might I suggest that "once a gamer, always a gamer" is a pretty clever idea to think about. I bought all the Humongous Games for my kid back when they were new. Now all the "kids" that played those games are here on GOG as customers - and they're having kids. Consider the financial gain of gamers buying those games for their kids - and maybe even grand-kids!

Well, here's my first forum post, so here we go!
I'm all for a decision like this. Humongous games have a fairly large periphery demographic, so I can see it happening. I'm the one on YouTube who has probably made more Humongous videos than anybody else, and I've been attached to these games since I was young. There are also a few that have never been re-released (the old DOS titles come to mind), so it would be great if we could go those out again.
All in all, I fully support this.
