Pheace: I think you're focusing on the wrong thing here. This probably isn't about Bundle Splitting anymore but people stocking up on Humble Bundle keys for peanuts, and then reselling them.
So what's to stop them doing that now?
sooo..... I have not played worms since the Amiga days - which one should I start with? And is any of them better in single player than the others?

Armageddon is the definite Worms game.

cheers, I will start there then

You will also probably stop there :D

I don't know much about Revolution but I've heard it's not that good. But to be honest, not a single worms game was better than Armageddon.

Ultimate mayhem is 3 + 4 combined with slightly better graphics. It's pretty fun, so be sure to check it out too. Even if just to check the Wormaha Beach map :D

Golf and Blast can be considered casual games when you only want to relax a bit.

I also liked Worms Reloaded but it's not included in this bundle anyway.

amok: same as with gog - I see it as household license (and if you are trying to catch me out, I have said so all the time...).
I'm not trying to catch you "out" (or anywhere else for that matter :P).
I had not realized that you applied this lax view, all the while quoting the Humble Bundle TOS and FAQ to death, which - IIRC and in contrast to GOG - do not state such a condition (household license).

Which I find odd... and a bit of a double standards take.

I must say that I really did enjoy Worms Crazy Golf, when I never really expected that I would. Once you have the mechanics of the game figured out, it gets a bit easy, but it's still fun, especially with a few local friends.

that's fine, feel free to feel so as much as you like, but if you had been following the whole thing before, then it would not have been news as I have said so all the time.

Anyway, it does not matter much which account the games goes on anyway, as I use my better half's account almost as much as my own and vice versa. I guess that's why I have no problem with looking it as household licenses. So yeah, paint it as you want.
Another "but we can't be bothered to do DRM-free" bundle.

Yeah and apparently they are listening to amok now too. Meh, HB can do without my hard earned money from now on. I get that jerks were buying a gazillion bundles for a penny and trading them for a lot more but seriously this whole Big Brother crap pisses me off. HB needs to get a real financial manager on board and come up with a realistic plan that does not include pissing off most of their regular customers. Ugh...

It might have something to do with people selling BTA Humble Bundles for a couple of tf2 keys in the past 2 weeks.
To be honest, the new system wouldn't bother me that much if they hadn't also introduced the fixed BTA price. I'm not paying the extra $5 just for the two BTA albums.
I would be interested to see how all their new "features" (fixed BTA, no bonus for early buyers, no DRM-free in weeklies, games tied to account) will affect their sales.

What exactly IS the difference between the games in the main series of Worms, Worms 2, Worms World Party, Worms Armaggeddon, Worm Reloaded and Worms Revolution anyway?
Seriously, other than increasingly HDerer graphics are any of those not basically the same game?
(I've decided to defiantly buy the pack after discovering that Ultimate Mayhem is Worms 3d and Worms 4 only HD though)
I bought the bundle for Alien Breed and Worms Pinball, both are in the top of my most played games ever :D

You will not see that much difference between Worms 2 and Armageddon - just more everything. But also, Armageddon was recently patched and there is going to be a new patch implementing Worms World Party content, or so I've heard.

Worms World Party had new game mods (forts, that worms machine that was drawing random map conditions, etc).

Worms 3D is well, in 3D, so gameplay wise it's a big change.

Worms Reloaded is similar to the previous ones, but it's different engine, some different weapons. Worms Revolution is another engine change, more realistic physics (some people say WORSE physics) and some water physics and other stuff.

Long story short - play Worms Armageddon. Sometimes play Ultimate Mayhem when you want to see how it's like to destroy shit in 3D.

And Worms Armageddon has the most populated multiplayer servers, I think.
