SirPrimalform: Ugh, another Steam only one. The weekly sale has really gone downhill. The Arcen one was great if you missed Indie Royale's Arcen bundle but it seems that over half of them are just Steam key sales.

Please note: To play Anna you must create an account with Kalypso Media.

I know about this already, because I have Anna on Steam somehow... I think it came with a Groupees bundle. The thing that makes it more insulting is that Anna is DRM-free on Desura (AFAIK).
Aww, I had hoped to buy this for Anna and Jagged Alliance BIA but I don't like the idea of another account along with Steam for the same game. How does that work? My only experience with that is uPlay and Steam for Splinter Cell Conviction and it was horrible (granted the game was technically broken to a degree too).

Well, that's very strange -- I just checked on the Steam page for Anna, and it says it requires a Kalypso account.

However, I fired it up on Steam under Linux without registering with Kalypso at all -- didn't even know that registration was required!
Paid $1.50 for Sine Mora. Anna is just a bonus I may never get around to playing, and the other two I already have.

Is Skydrift any good?

More like "Ugh, another mainly Windows and Steam one" ! What about Mac and Linux gamers ?

Haven't gotten around to trying it yet (or Tropico 3 for that matter)

Hmm, well given that Linux support on Steam is relatively recent it's possible that by the time they added the Linux versions they'd decided to remove the third party DRM. I think it released on Desura later too, maybe that's why it's DRM-free there.

A perfectly valid criticism, just one that doesn't affect me which is why I didn't mention it. I think it'd be a bit much to complain about the lack of Linux and Mac support when I don't use either. :P

I can confirm this, not sure if the Steam version has been changed by now, but it's been completely DRM-free on Desura.
Big bad Steam is stealing your games? Well, if you want to make a point, either send an angry letter to the guys at HB or don't buy the bundle. Or perhaps both?

And as for that Kalypso account, all my kalypso games need that. You know, even the older ones. Nothing new there.

Bundles. Every second another bundle pops up. Only good that most of them are Steam promos ;-)

Already did both. I also reserve the right to bitch about it in the appropriate topic. :P

Oh well, might as well take a punt for that price - easy to forget that you don't HAVE to BTA!
Damnit! Still not the Focus Interactive bundle. :<

EDIT: Is the fixed $6 BTA a thing now? I noticed it with the Egosoft bundle and it seems to be back now.

Yep, ever since the Paradox bundle they have started using a set price for the BTA. It was $5.80 then and increased to $6 the week after. Supposedly it is figured from some kind of average among the bundles, but afaik no one ever figured out exactly how it is calculated.
