zeogold: People were freaking out when it was announced they were having a TV special for April Fool's Day, the National Geographic one in the bottom tier (no, it wasn't a joke). Trust me, they're seriously well-loved, even though you seem to hate them.
catpower1980: Maybe I'll sound like a douchebag but you have to understand that being "gods among geeks" like Lordtr3k said doesn't make them famous among "regular" people. It's like Star Trek: fucking huge in USA but here in Europe it's like the cheesiest sci-fi that nobody cares about (even in geek circles). Don't take your US culture as an universal truth (I sound a bit harsh but that's not my intent) Apart from that: You're right, being "Gods among Geeks" doesn't make them famous in general; but at the same time it definitely disqualifies calling them "some random guys" ...

Geddes17: Lol about your ridiculous "Star Trek" comments (and no, I'm not a Trekkie, but the franchise is still very big in many parts of Europe! Maybe Belgium is the lonely exception although I doubt that ...). No, fucking seriously, maybe you live amongst geeks (damn, what am I doing on a gaming forum.....) but common folks don't give a crap about this series, you'll never hear people talking about it because there was a ST film yesterday on television and in cosplay reunions, I've simply never saw anyone dressing up like Spok or some klingons (local trends is more on fantasy, anime and videogames characters).

I wish they would have an option to watch some things without them. Those old educational films are very nostalgic. Would be great to watch it once in a while without the cutting up. Some of those are true gems that work on many levels. Luckily I can kind of block them out sometimes.
Great bundle though. Quickly bought that as soon as I'd received the email yesterday. About to watch Birdemic right now over lunch!

zeogold: ...wait....there are other countries outside of America? I thought it was just four groups: America, Spanish-speaking America, cold America, and Africa, which will isn't technically America yet, but we're planning on installing some more McDonald's restaurants soon. zeogold

catpower1980: You forgot to include "funny-speaking America" for those so-called foreigners who play villains in movies and TV-series ;) catpower1980

I think it pretty much great bundle for one who interested in MST3K stuff. Its also more or less interesting EXPERIMENT for Humble - now they playing with VOD sevices. i'm fine with it.
But, i know most of that movies and dont wanna to rewatch it even with "funny" comments. Except Super Mario.
I never seen Super Mario Bros as BAD movie. Good cast. Dunno why Hoskins hates it so much. Funny jokes, crazy credits, good soundtrack, plot is hell distant from game (but at that time there was no real Mario Universe to do better).
Oh well.

Spent $1 on the base tier, watched a few minutes, decided it was a waste of money.
