Yup. A repeat of the Humble Might & Magic bundle, albeit one with a cheaper higher tier ($10 instead of $15).

Yes, there was Steam-only bundles before and it was clear said that below-1$ orders will not receive games (but will receive soundtracks, for example). In this one orders below-1$ will not get anything, not even drm-free game.
Considering that they did pretty same thing with recent mobile bundle, it looks that Humble is either tired of below-1$ orders or they almost non-existant because "everyone want steam keys".
