undeadcow: Humble made another minor alteration to the bundle indicating now that Unity of Command: Stalingrad Campaign is NOT DRM-free but it seems like a responsible move.

"Note: A standalone installer for Unity of Command is also available for Windows, Mac and Linux but it is not DRM-free. You will be provided with a CD-key on your download page."
So it's a one-time activation key?

Impaler26: Meh, another Humble Weekly Bundle that's easy to pass! :P

If Eador: Masters of the Broken World wasn't such a broken mess the included GOG key for it would make the bundle worth buying.

Licurg: They fixed most of the worst parts, and the game is playable now, so definitely worth 6$ .
Oh really? I just read a few reviews but noticed most reviews on GOG are pretty worthless as they are over 1 year old. So if the game has been patched to a playable state meanwhile i wouldn't mind trying it. Space Hulk looks also pretty cool so i will probably grab the bundle.

Treasure: Edit-Ontopic, I don't know whether I should buy that bundle. I got Sangfroid recently from GOG as a Flash Deal, and from the others Unity of Command and Ironclad Tactics seem interesting. Well,I shall see, I have a week in front of me after all... :-)
Unity of Command is very good, as is its DLC. It's easy to get into, but offers a surprising amount of depth. Ken Levine also named it his game of the year 2013 (even though it was released in 2012). Its one of those games that, as soon as you figure out what makes it special (hint: how the supply system works), it really sucks you right in.

Great ! Thanks a lot for the info.

By the way, I noticed something else-rather weird- regarding the DRM types of the bundle. While yesterday, Unity of Command seemed DRM-free (although this post mentioned something about an activation key), right now I only see a Steam key option. And the most bewildering thing is, when I look at the system requirements screen, Unity of Command is still shown as having a DRM-free version all the while Stronghold Crusader, according to the same page, is Steam-only !!!

I wonder thus whether anyone (preferably someone who has already purchased the bundle) can comment on the DRM state regarding these 2 games, especially Unity of Command. Thank you for your consideration.

I still have a version of the game that I can download directly from Humble (it requires a key, and I don't know if you need to activate it online or if it's just a simple offline cd-key)

Hmm... So it seems that yesterday the standalone version was still available-perhaps not with today's purchases though... I just wondered as I already have here on GOG the main interesting game from the PWYW tier(Sangfroid) and I don't feel like paying $6 for Eador(doesn't matter if a GOG key is available, I'm just not very interested in that game) and while I'm somewhat intersted in Ironclad Tactics, I find $9 too expensive in proportion to my degree of desire for that game. I think I'll thus hold off from purchasing until (and unless) I get further confirmation from more recent buyers(and that's why I'm asking all these questions- I don't like Steam a whole lot :-) ).

I bought the bundle about 15 minutes ago and i have a installer for Unity of Command in my Humble Library. It has a CD-Key, so it probably can't be considered DRM-Free

The other games from the $6 tier also have DRM-Free installers except for Space Hulk, see attached screenshot:

Perhaps then showing Steam-only is a glitch or something(I hope it is as, in case I buy this bundle not right now but after 2 or 3 days (as I do with most Humble Bundles), it will be a much less value for money if Humble removes the standalone installer (downloading and installing stuff from Steam is a pain in the a**, especially on not-so-good internet connections-that's the main reason I dislike steam, along with the whole connected-to-the-client problem).
Moral of the story: I guess I have to get this bundle pretty soon if I really want it, in order to be sure all will go well. :-/

Fun fact - Stronghold Crusader Extreme HD is STILL not Drm-free in Store

EDIT: They added DRM-free installers for both Stronghold and Stronghold Crusader now

Has anyone else who has bought this bundle had this problem?

I just bought this bundle for Space Hulk and Eador: Masters of the Broken World ($6 seemed okay for a throw-away game and the unstable E:MotBW). So I attempted to redeem E:MotBW here on GOG an was told that I needed to actually own the game here to be able to redeem it.

I have sent a message to support already, but I was wondering if others willing to buy this bundle have attempted to redeem their keys with the same result.

I did get that bug too. You should try again, preferably by manual copy-pasting.

Thank-you, but I have already tried copy-pasting and using the button under the key too. I might just give it a few hours and try again, maybe the GOG servers are being over run right now with people buying games.

...
The same thing happened to many backers of Tesla Effect, this was the solution, maybe it'll work for you as well:
"Try logging out of your account, and THEN clicking on the code to redeem."
