So I bought the pack, because I really like Pinball games and I have only one complaint about this.

Tables are pretty busy, there are too many unnecessary flashing lights on it. Also, when you get a mission, the game doesn't pause (like in ProPinball series - when you launch a ball into some box to get a mission, you have time to read the mission goal before the ball is released back in the game).

Because of that, in many instances I don't know exactly what to do, to complete the mission.

Big number of tables and large variety of them is good, though.

worth it if you are not that much into pinball games?

I have absolutely no idea. But you get over 20 tables for $6 , if that's any indicator. And as I've said, the tables are really varied. I bought it primarily because I don't think a package this big will be anywhere near that cheap in the future

You may check the game by yourself, btw. One of the tables is free to play, so you can check it on steam. And it's a pretty decent table, so you may get the idea of overall quality of the game.

There are some social features, you see your steam friends' scores and sometimes it pops up a message how much score you need to get to beat your friend's high score. So it has some real arcade feel to it. You can also play in tournaments, but I haven't check how it works yet. I think it's only official tournaments, you can't hos your own...

I like pinball games (I am not really great at them, btw). But as I've said, there's one table entirely for free. Pinbal FX2 is installed just like F2P games, from steam store.

Cheers. I just tried the free table, and it is not bad at all.

I just realised that I have not really played any pinball games since Pinball Dreams & Fantasies on Amiga. Not sure why, as I did play them quite a lot back then, and I enjoyed the free table here now. It was fun.

Going to get the rest of the tables now :)
I don't have a Steam account, though I'm sure I inevitably will at some point in the future. Being a pinball fan, I'd like to get this bundle. Can I purchase this normally and redeem it later on my 'yet to be' Steam account or should I purchase this as a gift and claim it then?

Thanks in advance!

You can purchase it now, and redeem it at a later date. I would still recommend to just make a Steam account and redeem them. Leaving games unredeemed in your Humble Bundle account just adds another layer of things that could go wrong in the future. Mind, I don't think that risk is particularly large with Humble Bundle, but it exists, and there's no disadvantage in creating a Steam account now.

Make sure you write down your user name and password somewhere safe - Steam has a pretty intense process for resetting your username/password - which on one hand is good but on the other is um, frustrating...

Wise words, indeed.
You should check out the gameplay videos. Some amazing and crazy stuff.

And all those tables for $6.00!

*reaches feverishly for wallet*

At last a DRM-free Bundle.
A nice bundle for those that don't already have them.

Just in case, I believe each of them (except for maybe Defense Grid Gold) have been in a regular Humble Bundle, so you may already have them if you're a long-time Humble follower/purchaser.
anyone know if Defense Grid Gold is Defense Grid: The Awakening?
It's funny when a bundle that has nothing interesting for me happens to be DRM Free :P
Sh*tter is repetitive. Seriously, a breakout clone should not have a "massive gun volley, that destroys most the level" as a major feature, expected to be used in every level.
