Hello,

I am playing Yakuza 0 through lutris on my steam deck. I downloaded gog through lutris and then I go into gog to play the game. How do I save my game in Yakuza 0? I don’t see save game on the options menu nor do I see auto cloud save happening.


Also, does cloud saves work if I play gog games from lutris or heroic?

Use phone booths on the street to save the game. On the map you will see an "S".

You save at the phone booths. If you haven't had the opportunity yet, then you probably haven't even passed the intro.

If you use the 'phone booths and it doesn't actually work, then I'm afraid you're another victim of this:

Galaxy cloud saves should work (assuming saves work in the first place) if you're running the Galaxy client through Lutris rather than launching the game directly.

I was able to play the game from start to finish on Linux (using Bottles), but I think I had to enable Fsync in order to get it to save.

After you get around this issue, you'll still be affected by the save bug affecting Windows users, whereby it fails to save about 10% of the time.

I've had an issue where saving the game didn't register at times, don't know if that is a general issue or if it was on me/my system, but I'd keep my eye on the save states just to be sure.

I'm on Win 10, but apparently there' issues with multiple Linux distributions.
