I got the game from GOG recently. I can start and play the main game but the expansions are nowhere to be found.
Can anyone tell me how to play the expansions. Cryptic Passage and Plasma Pack.

I am not really a technical guy so please keep it as simple as possible. It would be great if you could make a tutorial video.

If you're using Galaxy, there's probably separate entries you can start the expansions from (look for a "More..." button or similar when the game is selected in Galaxy).

If you instead installed the game from the standalone installer (and possibly even if you used Galaxy), there will probably be extra desktop icons (if you told it to add those) and Start menu items for the expansions.

I don't have the game, and I don't use Galaxy, so I can't confirm any of this. :)
That's correct for Cryptic Passage. Plasma Pack adds the Post Mortem episode to the New Game menu (and a couple of multiplayer maps according to Wikipedia), so there's nothing to activate that's actually called Plasma Pack in the game.

One episode. Not one level. And that's added by the Plasma Pack.

The other expansion, Cryptic Passage, adds one more episode, but that should have a separate shortcut, and not run from the main game.

See attached.

EDIT:
If you're using Galaxy, then Cryptic Passage should be available under "More". I don't use Galaxy myself, but I believe that's how it works.

I am not using GOG galaxy. And I am on windows 10. I have checked for any other executable file in the folder and there is none that says Cryptic Passage. Please make a video on youtube , that would really help. :)

You won't find an executable because those are run through DOSBox. It's a shortcut you're looking for.

In Windows 10 you click Start, then click All Apps, then navigate to Blood and the shortcut should be there.

when i click the windows Icon, It doesn't display all the apps like it does in windows 7 or xp . As a matter of fact I am using windows 10 since a month now and when i click the Windows Icon it opens recently added . Not apps.

As you can see in the image I have uploaded. There is no "B" section in it

I was going to suggest to look under 'G' for "GOG.COM", but given the screenshot, it looks like O is the magic letter.

``Plasma Pack adds the Post Mortem episode to the New Game menu (and a couple of multiplayer maps according to Wikipedia), so there's nothing to activate that's actually called Plasma Pack in the game. ``
