Since Warsow got another update recently.

Is it possible to play Counter Strike maps in Warsow by some how decompiling and then recompiling it in netradient?
If yes then how to decompile it?

If I go for making maps for Warsow from scratch where can I get Counter Strike map assets?

Are there such Warsow maps available?

I feel that this thread fits into the Warsow subforum rather than General Discussion.

Anyway I have found CS textures.
Let's see if i will be able to re create a CS map.

To be fair it's easier to get an answer here than in the subforuns, i made a question on a specific game forum and 7 days later i still don't have any answer.

Nobody said that posting threads about a game in the general discussion is a rule breaker. At best it is recommended to get it there on the game forums, but it is not forbidden to talk about it here. That's like standing in a queue with the queue guy apparently drinking too much tea and having little time for you, or standing in a busy queue whose guy happens to take his job seriously.

The forum has rules? And it says you can't make game specific threads on the general discussion? Wow, i've must have missed those all this time, especially considering it's not the first time that this happens.

If he had some question about a more recent/popular game (ex. The Witcher 3), yeah, i would agree with you, there's enough activity there to get an answer...

There is a fine line here. I get pissed when people come in here asking Witcher questions because that thread is a madhouse. Who knew there even was a Warsow thread? :P

Here's a genius idea: Create the thread in the game sub-forum and if needed link to it from a thread in General to more "easily" get an answer. That way the answer winds up in the correct place, assuming us intelligent General folk actually make the response in the linked thread. If I'm trying to find for an answer for a Warsow question I will be starting in the game sub-forum and not page 100+ of General.
