Im trying to make offline drm free backups of my favorite games and putting them on m discs and the last one on my list is skyrim, I already own the original and se on steam, is there a way to remove steam drm and get it to run without steam?
No idea. I do wonder why they seem to refuse to bring Skyrim to GOG when even Dishonored and most recent Bioshock are here

yea, i found that a bit weird, now that Microsoft own bethesda everything will be more locked down.

Something is up if Todd refuses to sell you Skyrim again...

Anyhow, something that also is happening is that publishers put some products on a platform in the hope that you will come to their platform of choice for sequels. Steam had Dead Space 1+2 but not 3 for some time, same for Mass Effect I think.
