Hi everyone,
I want to publish my first game on this store. Since I don't yet have a developer account, I filled out the "Release your game on GOG" form providing all the requested information.
Since after a few days I didn't receive any feedback about it, I contacted support asking if I had made any mistakes or if I had skipped any other steps.
After receiving an automatic email with a ticket number, I received no feedback. It's now been almost a week since I provided the info for the preview of my game and still nothing regarding the possibility of publishing it.

Is all this time spent waiting and without feedback something that just happened to me?
Is it possible that a developer has to wait all this time without still having a response from the GOG team?

GoG doesn't have the legions of support staffers standing at the ready 24/7, response times are bound to be slower than what you may be used to.
Just give it another couple days and/or contact them/send a reply to the initial ticket confirmation again.

A week is still a lot and GOG obviously still has some improving to do with their processes.

On the forums, the only thing that might happen in this regard is a blue (forum moderator) taking notice and forwarding/urging the the proper channels.

As for getting the developer color on the forum (orange), I think forum mods might be able to do that.

Hm maybe this is the reason why so few games are being released on GoG...

What's the game in question, if you don't mind sharing that?

Which is incorrect English. Reaching out means starting a conversation, not replying to an enquiry.

Of course it sounds business-y enough so I'm sure they don't care about the bad English, or the OP for that matter.

It's exactly the form that I filled out.

With all due respect from me too, it is clear to me that GOG can also decide not to contact me if it deems my game unsuitable for publication. What I would like to know is if any of you have experience with this and if you managed to publish your own game, how long did you have to wait before getting positive feedback. Yes, I confirm. It's the first game that I want to publish on GOG and I do not have any deal with GOG yet.
