Seriously? How hard can this be?

I click on the profile image in My Profile page. Nothing happens. WTF?
Settings. Assuming you mean avatar.

If you mean the background, there's a "personalize" button on your profile.

I do. I saw and have changed the background image, but how to I get to the screen in your screenshot?

Never mind. I found it. So stupidly designed that I had to go to Games to change my profile, but the Profile page doesn't have the same functionality. I design for a living, and I'm shaking my head.

But thanks a million, Clarry! You're a champ!

You should design for GoG. :D
1) CHANGE AV
2) WAIT MILLION YEARS
3) DONT FORGET CAPS IS ON
Dxianson, where did you find it? I looked under "Games" but I don't see a way to do it.

Why is this so difficult? CDPR, please fix this. This is stupid.

Here. A direct link. I can't make this any easier.
Here is the walk through as of March 18, 2020 on Windows 10. (you are right, this is really a terrible flow, am also a designer)

1. Be on the main user interface. See top menu bar (Store, About, Community, Support, Profile). Hover over your user name, get the drop down menu
2. Near the bottom of list is Privacy and Settings. Click that.
3. Privacy and Settings page has menu on left side. Click the Account and Locale tab.
4. Top line is the Avatar section. Big ole Change button to the right side.
5. Typical file 'navigate and choose' functionality.
6. Profit.

Now what are the "Valid" settings for the Pic? What should the size be like and which Format? I only found out by accident, trying a amount of pics - 184x184, png worked for me. But a hint would have been nice, right on the page where you can do it, or as popup message when you do it. And yes, silly hard to find.

Resolution doesn't matter I think (my avatar is 645x645).

Edit: And Darvond, whose post you can find above, has a 1883x1835 picture. ;)

Whatever it is, make sure that it's got a few levels of clarity to it, because GOG likes to crapify things though compression.
I've been trying to do this for a while. Cheers for the guide, peeps.

A small head's up: it often takes a day or so for the pic to show up to the left of one's name on forum posts.

Thanks for the heads up. I was wondering why it was not showing up at first.
