A few weeks ago a good friend of mine gave me a few games that he had purchased on GoG on a usb stick. The usb contained the installers for these games and nothing else. I understand that a serial key is needed to play games on gog galaxy but i lack any of these keys and have been unable to contact the friend who gave me the games in the first place as he has moved out of the country. Is there anything i can do?

You can get the keys by pressing Alt+F4 everytime you run the installer.

ZFR: You can get the keys by pressing Alt+F4 everytime you run the installer.
I just PMd Judas. I don;t know what they can do but the guy is in here using an USB stick full of illegally obtained games so maybe they can at least kick this asshole.

Oh, and Alt+F4 works for Cossacks 2. It's a sure fire way to keep me from going totally fucking postal trying to play that game. :P

No i should not! i should be able to obtain these keys if i have the game, i should not have to re-buy them. This is a drm free site, if somebody buys a game then they allowed to give it to their friends, period, how about you just answer the damn question.

If you buy a BlueRay, make a bunch of copes, and hand them out to your friends, that is illegal. Same thing here.

No, it's not allowed. DRM-free doesn't mean you are allowed to give copies of your games to other people. So even when your friend did buy the games, giving them to you is nothing less than piracy.
