It's been 5 days and I still haven't gotten a refund for my purchase, is this normal?

How do I refund a game?

Supposedly it takes around 24 hours for a GOG wallet refund, and up to 30 days after support gets back to you, for other payment methods.

If you'll look around the forum, you'll see people that started getting worried after waiting 4-5 days with no news for a wallet refund. As for the support route, it takes weeks to get a response. I haven't seen refund requests get priority, based on forum threads.

I can confirm a refund for me it took about 4-5 days. This was with multiple refunds to my wallet.

Today, refund to GOG wallet only took 59 minutes.

Wallet refunds are usually reasonably fast, refund to payment method however may take quite a while.
