I made a ticket asking for a refund of Cyberpunk 2077 on GOG on December 19th at 6am.
I replied to the E-mail that came asking for a confirmation on December 21st. Since then the ticket is marked as "open" and not "pending"

And since then, silence.

That's literally 3 weeks of pure silence.
Also the E-mail came in english even tho everything on the ticket site and the ticket itself is in Polish.

I didn't touch the game for like 10 days now and I feel like I just threw money away becouse noone is getting back to me about my refund.

How long does it take for the GOG team to get back to players about a refund?

Did you by any chance played the game for almost 70 hours and now want a refund? Just asking.
I've had around 30 hours when I made the ticket.

To me obviously everything that was said about a next gen open world was a lie but in the ticket I admit that I didn't ask for a refund after like 5-10 hours becouse I was lieing to myself that it was the promised game, just with some minor problems.

At the end, GTA San Andreas has a more immersive open world where You can take a train or a plane and CDPR cut trains from the game. You can gain weight in GTA SA when the promise of being able to change Your dick alluded that the customization is so big that You can do that, not that the customization is a butchered version of the 2018 e3 version + the dick. Barbers and Tattoo artists exist in this 16yo game but not in the next gen Cyberpunk world. Also 98% of the choices don't change anything and the "the world reacts to Your choices" and "make Your own story" was one of the biggest reasons that I paid for the thing. Also GTA 3 from 2001 made a better police system.

So after lieing to myself for 30 hours that it's not that bad I finally understood that I blindly trusted CDPR.
That's the only reason why I have a lot of hours in the game.

There was the 8MB controversy that destroyed my save file a few days after asking for a refund.

As Melvinica posted above, there is a sticky explaining the delays in response from our support team.
