I downloaded Two Worlds on my MacBook Air and now it won't launch. I tried to reinstall it and it still won't launch. I tried to contact GoG support and it won't let me upload my system information so I can't use it to write a ticket on the game. How in the living hell do I contact support so that I can get this issue resolved???

You can try zipping the system report in case it is too big, or attach something else entirely.
Otherwise you can try selecting issue type other. Our tech support will find your ticket either way.

Thats just the thing. The file comes zipped automatically and it still won't upload. I tried to upload something random, like a small .dmg file and it wouldn't accept it. It told me that I had to upload something with my system info in it.

pretty sure you dont have to upload a dxdiag on initial contact and you can just send it later when you get a response.

OP using Mac aside, can you even create a ticket about technical issues on Windows without uploading a dxdiag.txt file?

hmmm... looks like its now marked "*" so a required field. though it doesnt seem to state a particular filetype. at which point a picture of a cat may do.
