Your review might just have not posted right away. I forget what stores work what way, so I don't know for sure that GOG does it, but some sites delay the posting of new reviews. I assume they need to be checked over by someone, but that's just an assumption on my part.

Don't do what I did and write a joke review. The most acknowledgement I got was 3 out 41 approvals, and that was tenfold what everyone else got on the same game. As far as I can tell, you can't re-rate or rewrite your review.

EDIT: I only just noticed this thread was necro'd from last year. Thanks Excogitator69.

I know I'm probably bringing a thread to life, sorry for that, but I can't write a review for Diablo + Hellfire. I tired multiple browsers, my phone, turning off my VPN, all of that and I still don't see where to write a review. I saw the picture that was posted above of where it should be but can't find it.

I was wondering if maybe it is because I have never installed it, I'm on macOS and Linux and have extracted the .exe file to get the files I need to run it though DevilutionX so maybe gog thinks I'm just review bombing?

Or maybe it is because I haven't bought enough on gog, I have only purchased 3 games from them.

As far as I know every user can post a review even for the game they haven't bought on GOG.

1. Open the game page
https://www.gog.com/en/game/diablo

2. Scroll down to User reviews section and click on highlighted (see attached) and tell us what happens.

That's not something that's checked for reviews. You can even post reviews for games you don't own on GOG.

There's nothing about such a limitation in the rules and guidelines for reviews.

I don't own the game here on GOG, and yet I could write a review for it, if I wanted.
So, it has nothing to do with your system used.

And there is also no restriction (that I know of) because of "too few purchases made".
