I just bought Frostpunk and realised that my computer cant run it, yeah i know my PC is bad. Im having trouble finding how to refund the game, so if anyone could help that would be great!

Hello Stephen_Barr.

To cancel a preorder, go to the link below:
https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?form=orders

Then, fill the fields (e-mail address, subject, description), select "preorder cancellation" as the Problem type, submit it and you'll just have to wait till GOG Support gets back at you.

Go here: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?form=orders

Log in & make sure you are on the "orders and payment form". Under problem type select pre-order cancellation. Fill in any other info required.

How can i refund Cyberpunk 2077 i accidently ordered pc instead of PS4 ( yeah i suck) someone please tell me???
