221bBS: Got my RG key as soon right after I made my first purchase a few minutes ago :D
Obviously there are a lot less people now then there were yesterday when the sale started and everybody went "gimme gimme gimme, games games games!" leading to an overload. I bought games yesterday afternoon, received my key today around 1 pm

What part of "The code is not working for a lot o people" did;nt you understand?

It would be nice if somebody from GOG would show up here and explain what is happening with the Cptcha failing...

It worked fine for me, the Captcha was just a bar with the captcha name, i guess NoScript blocked that and the game was added to my library. There are still too many people without NoScript installed on their browser on their (and then everybody complains about viruses and trojans :D )

I got my game code yesterday, but (like so many people here) just only after I made a second purchase. Which means that there's something wrong with the system. You get the code, yes. But it only seems to arrive imediately after your second bundle of purchases, not the first one.

Ah. I was about to ask. I bought four games I'd been eyeing for awhile, and noticed during check out that it was going to give me a free copy of rebel galaxy, since it was my first purchase. Neat. It wasn't in my library though, so I was curious what was going on there.

Glad to know it's just a delay, I was wondering if I needed to check a box during check out, or did something else wrong.

The notice is for people that have not received a code or free game,NOW WHICH PART DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?
And yes,it would be nice for a blue to say something about the people's delayed code or game.

There's definitely something wrong with their system- I bought the Crysis games over a week ago and no redeem code. I'll try to contact support or something I guess.

EDIT: I sent in a support ticket yesterday and according to the email times they resolved it and sent the code within 8 mins. Very quick work by the support team!

I have spent 10.75 Euro 5 weeks ago and have got up to to day only Alan Wake (which I don't needed anymore).
But never Rebel Galaxy! or a code.
With a ticket at the support, I have never got a reply.
