I have both Pillars of Eternity games but I can't find the key for the Gaun's Pledge DLC. Could the problem be that I only have the second game installed ATM? My Laptop died a couple of months ago and I haven't installed the first game on my new one yet.
edit: Nevermind. I have no idea what's going on with this DLC. I don;t even see it here.

AFAIK, you can still only access serial keys via the website -- the option simply isn't there in the Galaxy version of your library. Maybe that's the problem?
I've checked both libraries and found nothing. Where would the key be within the website library?
I do have a serial keys page for PoE1, but the only key there is an expired one marked 'Pillars of Eternity'. I've opened a support ticket.

I had a problem recently with the Ion Maiden preview campaign key not appearing on the Bombshell serial keys page, and after a while it turned up apparently of its own accord.
Click the game in your library, then click on more and there's the serial keys button.

What XYCat said. If it's not there, it's a GOG fuckup, and you should send Support an e-mail.
Thanks all. I have it now but didn't this morning.
And mine turned up some time later.
I can’t found my Original Sin 2 serial keys in more.

What are those serial keys for?

Divinity Original Sin 2 does not provide nor need a serial key. So call me slightly confused there as well
cant see serials either online or in galaxy
can only see "view receipt"

You can't view serial numbers in GOG Galaxy. Use a web browser to log into the site and go to your library. Click the game, then click the More menu. If you don't find the serial number there and you're positive the game is supposed to provide you with one, then open a support ticket.

Well, you definitely should be able to see them via browser (I can't speak for Galaxy, since I don't use that).
