I am trying to play a game and gog keeps uploading old galaxy cloud saves I would like to clear all of this so I do not recieve all the files when I want to download a game.

Delete the saves you want to while the game is running, then quit the game. Galaxy will sync when you exit.

You don't have to go through all that trouble next time you download. All you have to do is uncheck syncing with the cloud (found under Game Galaxy Tab >> More >> Settings >> Sync local saves with GOG Galaxy Cloud). You can check it later and have GOG Galaxy update everything with your newer saves.
