I've been playing the game for a few days now , but all of my achievement looks like a 'QR' code.
Any idea ?

Yes its from Galaxy . I tried to reinstall Windows +Drivers and only the GoG too , but the result is same.

And the overlay window is very strange too /attachment/

Don't know what hardware or OS you are using but in any case I'd say try to reinstall your graphic drivers and a redistributable version of DirectX.

... and maybe post / look in the Galaxy forum, there might be more information than in the General forum.

I tried with another GoG game too and there worked correctly the overlay and achi .

Is the graphics card pushed fully home in its slot ?. Or the monitor cable connection could be loose at either end and needs pushing home and tightening ?. Is your graphic card a discrete (add-on) card ?, if so, does it need an extra power cable ?, if so, has that been firmly connected ?...

This error only occurs with the Horizon Zero Dawn

I see. I only suggested those things because Horizon Zero Dawn is quite a heavy game and may be causing your graphics card to draw more power than is available, hence checking to see if the extra (rear) power cable for the card is connected, if it's needed...

Maybe re-installing Horizon Zero Dawn may help, if there are any files that have become corrupt since or while it was being installed ?.

This other game was using the same DirectX version?

And did you run HZD with HDR?

The overlay is not dependent on the game itself but on the technology used to run the game.

Someone else had the same problem for other games, but sadly didn't report what the cause nor the fix was.

Have you tried to verify the game files?
If they are in any way corrupted, Galaxy should recognize it and redownload the respective files

Yes i tried it more times.I tried a reinstall/install too . I played more than 300h with CP2077 , Witcher 3 Next Gen , i dont think so a HZD would be more heavy game . /5800X-6800XT-32GB-850WPSU

I think the game is perfectly fine It's the overlays that are corrupted and these are not handled by the game.
This very much sounds like a driver or hardware problem.
The 6800XT is not outdated at all, but maybe the driver has problems with DX11/12 and overlays?

Hardware issue what's appear only at HZD achievement system ? Dont think ..I tried older driver too , maybe 22.5.1 , but the result is same.
