Which games are keeping you company this weekend?

The week's end is upon us! Time to rejoice, consume unhealthy amounts of food, sleep, relax, and play a lot of videogames. Not necessarily in that order. But weekends are not about order, they are about wonderful, uninhibited, guilt-free fun.

So which games are you playing this weekend to achieve the fun? Go on, share your Weekend Playlists with us. They can include single-player games, multiplayer games, console exclusives, anything - we are not judging. In fact, we are sharing too!

Looking for some inspiration, perhaps? The GOG.com releases of the week provide plenty:

You can wreck the dead with your dancing routines in the new Crypt of the NecroDancer DLC
You can crawl into the labyrinthine dungeon of Barony: Cursed Edition
You can catch up to the upcoming Blood and Wine expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
You can puzzle/platform your way into the enigmatic heart of the Braid
You can solve this giant riddle of an island as The Witness
You can blow away aliens with a super-tank in Uprising 2: Lead and Destroy
You can build your own Goliath and play fisticuffs with huge monsters
You can blast into space and become a Star Ruler 2 with the new DLC
You can fight under the neon lights, practicing your awesome Megamagic
I hope to complete GTA: San Andreas this weekend ;-)
Right now play only Wasteland 2 Directory Cut
I have been playing these games for some time:
- Witcher 2
- The Settlers Online
- ANNO Online

I will be playing them also this weekend. Apart from playing, there is a Rally Cross event in Belgium. It streams on Sunday at 14:00 CEST. And also there's the hockey world championship.
I'm biding my time until all the Jinchuuriki are bound, then I will create a ninja army. Then, world domination!

I was playing a bit of Doom 3 before that though.

Final Doom, which I got on Steam, because GOG doesn't accept certain VISA cards.
Currently I'm playing these:

- Unreal Tournament;
- Din's Curse;
- Driftmoon.

But will probably have to backup my saves and do a fresh reinstall of the OS, because after the upgrade of my video card I'm getting some bizarre drive issues.

Btw I'm very pleasantly surprised of the multiplayer of Unreal Tournament 99 - it has a very fast and convenient 3rd party mods and server side stuffs when one joins a server with those. The system installs all models and skins, but if there is something bigger, like a mod or an anti-cheat it provides you with useful information for it and asks do you want it to be downloaded and installed on your system - very neat and the best way to go with it!

Smannesman: A subtle reminder to buy stuff, nice.

Lemon_Curry: As subtle as a second-rate, flatulent succubus with hiccups.
I treat threads like this as wishlist entries. Never miss an opportunity for that when the Blues are flocking somewhere.

petitmal: Master of Orion Collector's Edition and Space Empires IV
Yay! Space Empires IV needs more attention here. :)
I will play Warlords Battlecry 3 a bit this weekend but I have other things to do as well so I'll probably spend an hour or two on it.
Currently playing:

- Rainbow Six Siege (Multiplayer)
- Civilization V: Brave New World (Multiplayer)
- Before the Echo (formerly known as Sequence)
- Tropico 5
I have too much to do in the house (and my fridge is empty too so I have to go shopping) but if I should find the time I've planned to play "The Silent Age", "Runaway" and maybe a bit "Torchlight". The way I know me I'll however change my plans completely at lat minute and play something totally different. How did you say? Weekend is not about plans ...

Its going to be a mix of Wildstar and Wasteland 2 with a few player made modules in Neverwinter Nights on the side.
-Baldur's Gate EE's 5th chapter. Depending on how much there is left of main quest, might try to push this one to finished pile on Sunday. And if that happens, might get into X Gold, been wanting to really get beyond the first few hours.

-Tembo the Badass Elephant

-Abyss Odyssey (Ace Team)

-Mercenary Kings

-Deadly Tower of Monsters

guppy44: I started DOOM 4 today, but I ended up going back to Wolfenstein 3D. Don't get me wrong; DOOM 4 is fantastic! It really lives up to the originals with its fast paced gunplay, heavy metal music, no weapon reloading, and non-stop brutality with excessive gore/violence, but the nostalgic gamer in me will always love old games over new ones. I've recently replayed every DOOM game prior to 4, so that's why the franchise switch. :)
Are you going to go back for more Doom 4?
I've been on a "complete my Steam games so I can uninstall Steam" vibe lately, so I'm currently playing a game I was given a long time ago in some giveaway: Grotesque Tactics: Evil Heroes. I believe I'm close to the end by now, so if I finish it I'll start its continuation Dungeons & Donuts next.

Unless I feel like playing an adventure in between, in which case I might go for Sanitarium or Inherit the Earth.
I'll be playing... nothing, probably. I do need to get ready for Blood and Wine, but I've also been preparing for the last book which is getting a Finnish translation next month. Witcher 3 will have to wait until next week when I'm done with Time of Contempt.
