I really hope that the GOG team reads AT LEAST these posts...

I have a problem since the full launch of Baldur's Gate 3, to be more exact, the game disappeared from my library, although it is clearly showing in my order history! So money taken, game ... disappeared!

I opened a lot of tickets since then but nobody answers nothing! Latest one is support ticket ID is 435748, just a couple of days ago.

Please review my case ASAP: restore the game, of offer a refund so I can purchase it again!
If the game isn't hidden for any reason, you should be resupplied ⌣

SpeedSB:
Probably will not help but you may try it at least:

1. Clear all cookies / browser history.

2. Click on account refresh link:
https://www.gog.com/user/refresh
Thanks for the suggestions, but I tried those solutions along anything else that I could find in the discussions. Nothing worked…

Contact support then. since you have the order history as proof, they should restore it without problems.

edit: To your OP: No, the GOG support team usually does not read the forum.

Is there any other way to contact support except tickets? Because (as I wrote before) weeks past since I opened several tickets, with no reply to any of them!

"several" is no good. People doing that slow support down, cause unnecessary ticket traffic.

Write ONE and wait. The last one I wrote was answered within 3 days.
Apply for a refund of store credit. That will be automatic. Then you can repurchase the game.

I think you can write a mail to support(at)gog.com.
Also make sure you did not accidentaly Hidden the game from your library. Click on Games > My Collection > Hidden. They wont show up in your library if so. Apologies if too obvious, just mentioning it.

It sounds so nice. Only if it were true…
First off game was purchased in 2020, at early access. So the 30 days of refund kinda passed…
Second, as I mentioned, game dissapeared from my library so… nothing to click on to request refund…

This is not a small little tiny user error, it’s a GOG bug, and I need an agent to solve it. Seems like they all ean away though…

IC. You could request a refund in the orders page if you were still eligible. Sorry that does'nt work for you though.

As I previously wrote (twice) I wrote the first ticket weeks ago. After about 5 days waiting, I wrote the second, and so on. But… the first ticket, is still there… unanswered. For weeks! So your 3 day response seems like a stroke of luck compared to my case.
They either got lazy or fired…

Definetely not one of those multiple account issues, the profile for SpeedSB shows
a BG3 milestone reached 5 days ago...
