Sorry for this but I could do with the ''Gogbear '' on order& settings let alone order history can't get to them do to as mentioned the''Gogbear'' page and thus refunds not viable for me for months but after the no discount on Shadow of Mordor for hours and me buying it full price then afew hours later goes abnd gets 75 percent off in the news release I would love that issiu resolved for me and others .. while would like the difference in the price put in wallet funds just saying

What makes this worse can't contact a blue normally via my settings I can't change becaue of where the 'Gogbear '' is

I'm assuming it must have been a technical error (the delayed special a few hours after the release).

It's weird, I don't experienced any problems, have you tried to do it thorugh Galaxy, your phone or another browser?
Open a support ticket. If that doesn't work for you either, supposedly you can e-mail support (at) gog (dot) com directly.

Tried it for months on getting the order & settings to work just to show up(assuming it was server overload as the 'gogbear implies) by using Microsoft's own browser and Opera GX even tried the Galaxy app''' Never have thought of nor wanted to use my phone to try it .. but its worth noting I cleared cache and even tried on a new machine and still getting the same issue .. Its perhaps a region server situation but I ain't sure

did so abit ago for a refund mentioning the other issue too in it .. still strange and waiting to get word back I just assume the order and setting thing is screed server side and they are aware of it as its been months like that ..as it can't just be me having the issue.. though now even the wallet after the support ticket is acting up too.. but that I attributive to the new game here(shadow of mordor) lacking a discount then having one suddenly in less then a day

Thanks I had been unsure how to get to support so used a email receipt prior as I went to the support bot that way asked on a refund and mentioned the gogbear when it said the standard method.. Sorry for the extra confusing work I just hope the Gogbear issue gets fixed so I don't need to bug you guys next time a issue pops like the pricing again
