What do you mean by some forum? If you're asking is it possible to play HoMM3 online, then yes. You just need to install the HD Mod and Horn of the Abyss unofficial expansion pack:

After that you'll have access to multiplayer lobby, where you can join and create games. There are still people playing this game after 22 years!

I don't know of any forums for Heroes 3 multiplayer, but I recommend using Gameranger for playing Heroes 3 Complete online. I've been using it for years, and it works very smoothly. No port-forwarding or anything needed, everything is automatically set up for you. I played with friends, but there were plenty of open lobbies on there the last time I checked.
