I'm hoping someone from GoG reads or if a user can think of something I should try I'm all for it. I am not posting from my GoG account, I had to create a new one so that I can post this. I've just resubmitted a 4th support email in the past week and a half but I'm not sure that it will be resolved. Out of the 3 previous support emails only one got a ticket created which was (NWTSBHBU). Whoever was working on the ticket asked me for the serial key of a game if all I did was redeem a game and not buy it from GoG. Funny thing is that at the bottom of this email it said the ticket was closed and if I replied back it would reopen. I did reply back with the serial key I got from Amazon/Nvidia to redeem the Witcher 3 as well as an email confirmation from GoG that my order for the Witcher 3 was complete (Order ID #34dc833c4aa0).
Of course I haven't heard back after two email replies in the past two days so I'm assuming the ticket is closed indefinitely. I've actually had my account for a few years as I purchased the Witcher 2 from Amazon a few years back and I was able to tie it with my GoG account. I had been logging in GoG Galaxy for about the past month to play the Witcher 3 before my account randomly got deleted. Logging into the GoG website is a no go as well. They both say user not found.
