Alright my account has been restored! I really didn't think I would get it back. The reason I was given it took so long was that they had to confirm with Nvidia on the Witcher 3 serial number I gave them. Even though I didn't buy the Witcher 3 from GOG I find this hard to swallow. When I redeemed the Witcher 3 I was given an order number from GOG themselves. Also my account had been active for over 2yrs (first activated for the Witcher 2).

You're telling me that you can't just look at past records of my account and tell what games were tied to it? Or that there's no way to just look at the order number that was generated from GOG? Anyways I am grateful that GOG eventually restored my account. Good luck to those who are still waiting for their account to be restored.

There was a problem with resellers offering Witcher codes for sale that were purchased by the seller using stolen credit cards. GOG was probably trying to confirm the code you had was from the legitimate Nvidia batch and not one of the fraudulent ones.

Regrettably I am also experiencing this issue. It's really quite awful - I've no way of logging into my account full stop. The account's about 4 years old and it's suddenly disappeared.

I had been playing the Witcher 3 since release - the account login issue only occurred at the start of this month. My ticket was received - but never actually resolved...

Anyone have any recommendations? At this rate, I'm not going to be able to finish the Witcher3 in time for Hearts of Stone - and I won't even be able to buy that if I can't log in!

(yeah, I had to create this alternate account purely to plead for help as my support ticket appears to have been ignored :()

I could not login to my account yesterday. he says no such account to me. although I'm writing an account id is coming out. interesting and annoying I've sent a statement to the support group I think it corrects. Lack of live support is very bad.
