I'm sorry that I have to write to the forum about my problem, but the technical support simply ignores my questions for 2 weeks. And I don't know how else to turn to Gog.com technical support, except through the forum.

I topped up my account balance by ~32 dollars. I wanted to buy an expansion for Cyberpunk 2077. My main game is on EG. In the discord of the game, they explained to me that the game will not work like this, since these are two different platforms.

I ask technical support to return the funds and I hope that they will not ban me from the forum, but will help me with my problem. Thank you...
Haven't they suspended activity in Russia? Or sales? Or whatever... What I mean, how was it even possible for you to add funds to your GOG wallet?

Take their money, sell them no games. I like it :)

It's simple. I have a non-Russian card...

I understand that now, in your eyes, all Russians are to blame for everything, and in your opinion, from 02/24/22, all Russians support what Putin did. If you want to gloat, I will not interfere. God is your judge.

I can spend this money, but I replenished my account for a certain game. And since I have the main game on Epic Games, I can't buy the Phantom Liberty expansion without buying the main game.
I thought that Gog is a company owned by CD Project Red and it would be enough to buy an add-on here, since it is impossible to buy in Epic Games.

Maybe the add-on will appear when it's released on gog as it says soon and then it will be on EG.
Oh you can't buy on EG and you already have the original game there tough luck
All of the online stores don't allow cross buy a game, they want that you have it on a single store and can't buy add-ons of a different store if you don't own the original there.

yeah, that's sad :(

Are GOG Wallet funds themselves refundable?

You may request a refund for GOG Wallet funds within 30 (thirty) days of purchase if they were purchased on GOG and if you have not used any of those funds, in effect from March 26th, 2019. We think it's fair that this policy applies only to unused GOG Wallet funds purchased by you using real money.

From FAQ on Support pages:
"You may request a refund for GOG Wallet funds within 30 (thirty) days of purchase if they were purchased on GOG and if you have not used any of those funds,"

So if you applied for a refund within that time frame, it shouldn't matter if Support is late to respond to your request. Assuming they reply to tickets opened by users from Russia.

I understand and have read this, but I don't have a refund feature on my profile.

That seems to be normal. I have refund links below purchased games in my order history,
but not below wallet funds.

My advice would be to send an email to: support(at)gog.com
(but I think you did that already).

Add another $33.- then buy both: the base game and the expansion here on GOG.
Problem solved.

Not helpful.

As others have said, it is possible to refund unused GOG wallet credit. Contact GOG support with the details.
