Why not asking a refund to Epic and buy it on GOG, unless you bought it more than 2 weeks ago and played it more than 2 hours

I bought the main game when it first came out. Therefore, this method will not work.
Why do you care about pleasing GOG?

thrzal: I'm sorry that I have to write to the forum about my problem, but the technical support simply ignores my questions for 2 weeks. And I don't know how else to turn to Gog.com technical support, except through the forum.

I topped up my account balance by ~32 dollars. I wanted to buy an expansion for Cyberpunk 2077. My main game is on EG. In the discord of the game, they explained to me that the game will not work like this, since these are two different platforms.

I ask technical support to return the funds and I hope that they will not ban me from the forum, but will help me with my problem. Thank you...
Could you DM me with support ticket number please?

Today, when I emailed GOG tech support, I received a message almost immediately with the number 424014.
Before that, I tried to contact through the form on the website https://support.gog.com/
After my appeal, this inscription appeared (as in the picture), but there were no email messages about the creation of a ticket.

Send sysia a message, bro. GOG staff doesn't want to discuss support tickets in public.

While you are not helping, I am laughing. Now I'm running through ways in my head on how to please GOG.

Would you mind telling me how you went about including those red boxes, lines etc. in your attached image? That's a really clear way of showing instructions in this case. Is that a particular tool you are using? I'd have just slapped some freehand brushstrokes on like a barbarian.
nvm

Sure, no problem.
It's really nothing special - just the good old "MS Paint" (https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/paint/9PCFS5B6T72H).
