Hello community, I'm experiencing the worst situation of all, the incorrect password problem. Since I tried to change password 3-4 times it's not a typo. Thus, I'm experiencing it on my main account. I already contacted the support, but since I'm a privacy afecionado i've never enter things like "my birthday date". Please tell me that all it's not lost :'(

No one on the forums can possibly help you more than GOG support has. You need to keep talking to them.

I don't what they can or cannot do for you. But I would assume they would require you to be able to provide some sort of proof that you own the account.

Otherwise, then absolutely anyone could claim to own any other person's GOG account, and support would have to give away everyone's account to any random person who ever asked for it...which obviously is not something that they could allow to happen in reality.

But in any case, only GOG support can possibly help you with this matter. Other GOG customers have no power to do anything for you about it.

I use my email as my account name for the GOG login and I imagine most people do, so it should be possible for GOG support to send you a password reset link.

Actually, does GOG have a forgotten password link on their login screen? I never really checked. I'll do that the next time I log in.
