It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Throw P.C. outice the window into the ice.
In the worst case, you could always use a recovery partition if you have one. Of course, you should back up any software and other important things before doing that.

Icee what you did there.
As a worst case, you could delete your firefox data and your firefox app, then re-install firefox. You'll lose your passwords, history, settings and addons, but shouldn't be too difficult to fix.

Location is... {$UserDir}/AppData/Local/Mozilla (i'm sure i got some of that wrong).

Kaspersky didn't find anything, though... :S

But i don't look at porn. This is what Android, webcam-based social media and little schoolgirls are for... I stopped watching porn as soon as technology advanced and brats started experimenting with it intently!

I am trying Kaspersky full scan now, will take a while. Next on the list is Antimalware.

And no, i don't have a restore point or disc... :S

Open up the Control Panel and look for programs around the time you started having this problem and delete those programs.

Next time use CloneZilla (LiveDVD). Very good thing and it's completely free!

I really read this: "Antimalware" as Animalware first skim over, and thought what the feck sites are you looking at. Made a bit more sense second time round.
Done, MalwareBytes saved the day, my ass and my toaster/potato GPU! 15 threats successfully quarantined! Pheww!

KiNgBrAdLeY7: and my toaster/potato GPU!
Ummm.... Wouldn't the older 8-bit computers be considered a toaster/potato computers?

Last year or so I've heard multiple times that 'this game will run on your toaster' etc etc. But in comparison they are still talking about recent computer buys with 2Ghz processors, duo or quad core systems.

Somehow I'm starting to find it offensive when people say 'this could run on a toaster', when in fact a toaster has literally 0 Hz in processing power, 0 ram and 1 condition based on heat if/when it should act, not reprogrammable, and has 1 purpose only compared to a computer.

I think everyone should get an old Atari/Apple emulator and pull up some of the really old programs and games and see how fast they run, and familiarize yourself again, and realize how good improved everything is to a 'toaster/potato' computer.

Hi, I'm glad to answer for you. Has your problem been solved? If haven't, you can try to boot up your PC in Safe Mode which will help to troubleshooting the computer problems.

Reboot PC in Safe Mode at this link: http://support.eset.com/kb2268/?locale=en_US

Then try to reset your browser to default settings. Link: http://guides.uufix.com/how-to-restore-your-browser-to-default-settings/

If the above method can't help you remove the annoying browser hijacker Viceice.com, you should run a powerful anti-malware program to scan your PC for detecting and removing the malware.

You can try these tools:
TDSSKiller - http://media.kaspersky.com/utilities/VirusUtilities/EN/tdsskiller.exe
Sophos Anti-Rootkit - http://www.sophos.com/products/free-...i-rootkit.html
NOD32 Online Scanner - http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner-popup
SpyHunter - http://guides.uufix.com/Spyhunter_Download.php
SuperAntiSpyware-http://www.filehippo.com/download_superantispyware

All of the above anti-malware tools are famous. You can choose what you like to scan your machine.

Warm tips:
Malware is mainly bundled with freeware, spam emails, etc. When you download free application, make sure it is from official website or reliable sources. Moreover, always choose Custom or Advanced installation and uncheck any unknown programs hidden these two options. In addition, when you browse the web, never click any suspicious links or pop up ads. Don't visit any unsafe or malicious websites. Do not open any unknown spam emails.
