InkPanther: It's difficult not to be suspicious about stuff GOG come up with these days. >.>

Edit: Damn it. "not to be", "to not to be", "to be not"? I'm confused, help!

Not yet. That was on one of the preview pages.

I got tired of Shakespeare in college when I had to wright a term paper on King Lear for two different classes during the same term, and both professors came to me and said they would be comparing the papers to make sure there was no duplication. I got it done but I was good and sick of him at that point. :P
Is.. is this real?
Where's the catch?
Hmmm... I wouldn't count this particular chicken before it hatches, as all the games in my library still have the "The above installer does not include GOG Galaxy - our optional client which makes it easy to manage your GOG library and keep your games up to date." disclaimer below the installers. :\

Really? That’s all gone on my account.

Ooops... nevermind: it's Adalia Fundamentals that puts the text there. :P

Damn, one gets accustomed to these amazing userscripts pretty fast, I didn't remember the big ugly "Try GOG Galaxy" button either.
I didn't even notice, really. And I hope I will not notice (if there is some other change coming right after this).

Well... the Cliff's Notes.

Edit: I'm guessing something is in transition, or got borked. If this were a long-term change only of ditching links to two sets of installers, one would think they would come up with the strategic placement of Galaxy links on the homepage, the game cards, and other select places. We shall see...

Various games still have both galaxy and classic installers, however.
The option is still in my Library menu.

If there is another change coming I very much hope I will notice it. In time to prevent it from installing Galaxy that is.

Anyway, it all seems to be back. Same old, same old.

Okay, GOG reverted back all the good stuff they did yesterday, and we now return to the usual programming. Damm it, why can't we have nice things?! (Wish I had screen-capped the changes)
Hmm, they are not gone in my account, are you sure it's not that you tried to download a game that never had the bundled Galaxy installers ? For those you don't have the option to chose between Galaxy or classic installers.
