Well, someone has, I've had two threads deleted since these wonderful new rules came into effect.

Downvoting and spam-deletions seem to be ok, but not offending or upsetting people's delicateness.

If you'd seen the last 7-10 threads, you would know that the very creation of this one is 70% guaranteed to end in a mudflinging contest until somebody gets banned or the thing gets closed. Every time there's even a vague mention of the rules, it seems to end badly.
