yogsloth: What other bits? That I might be town engaged in a death tunnel? Yes, this is possible, it's always possible.
And that you seem to be dismissing micro's claims a bit too quickly as well. yogsloth: But look man, we no-lynched Day 1, everybody has a claim in their pocket if they want to use it, nobody knows nuthin and we just got fookin kill somebody, man
Agreed that a lynch is preferable "today"(D2), but atm i'm leaning more towards Flocke possibly & then hoping our cop investigates Micro(as they should, imo) during the next night(If they don't get NKd somehow, that is). What do you think?
yogsloth: I've learned over years and many many games that I do much, much better when I just keep it simple and become the Pope of Nope when a player makes an outrageous claim that just seems to defy belief. 90% of the time it's just mafia. We bend ourselves into pretzels trying to accommodate anything and everything, but man, some of you are scum and are lying about it
One should hold stances but also be ready to be flexible.....scene didn't and it cost liberals the SH game, and Lift learned this early on D1 and dropped trying to force his own stance. I'm not saying to drop your stances entirely...just be open to new possibilities and be a bit more flexible, is all.

"Too quickly"? Look man, I dismissed it before I even finished reading the sentence, I dismissed it instantaneously Agreed that a lynch is preferable "today"(D2), but atm i'm leaning more towards Flocke possibly & then hoping our cop investigates Micro(as they should, imo) during the next night(If they don't get NKd somehow, that is).

If I'm wrong and he's town and that's totally a real role ZFR put in here, well, you can slam dunk on me in post-game to your heart's content
By the way, you can officially GTFO with that "the cop should do this, the cop should do that" routine, nUmBnUtS, I can't cover for you anymore, I tried
FlockeSchnee, yah maybe, but... I think he and micro are kind of intrinsically linked, and that would feel a little bit like just kicking a guy because he's not here to defend himself, and micro - regardless of alignment - is swinging away for the fences
I'm flexible, I'm hella flexible, but... what exactly are you expecting to fall out of the sky? You want a flashing neon sign, "SCUM HERE" to land on somebody?
Again, we no-lynched Day 1, so we have nearly jack squat to analyze. We are starving for data. Without some lynch wagons and meaningful votes to analyze, we're computing with insufficient input.

Yes.
I even asked ZFR when i subbed into this game who the scum were and he tried to answer, but then he said GOG had an autofilter and the names got deleted as fast as he typed them. :O
man, this game is fun for the scum. unless yogs is one, as i suspect.

Which(to me) isn't good town play....especially in this sort of game, if it's setup as I am thinking it is. yogsloth: If I'm wrong and he's town and that's totally a real role ZFR put in here, well, you can slam dunk on me in post-game to your heart's content
If he got lynched and turned out to be town then i'd more likely use a few choice words with ***s thrown in for good measure. :p ;) yogsloth: By the way, you can officially GTFO with that "the cop should do this, the cop should do that" routine, nUmBnUtS, I can't cover for you anymore, I tried
Buus? Busu? Subu? Ubus? Suub? (I tried finding a YT clip of that bit, but sadly came up wanting) yogsloth: FlockeSchnee, yah maybe, but... I think he and micro are kind of intrinsically linked, and that would feel a little bit like just kicking a guy because he's not here to defend himself, and micro - regardless of alignment - is swinging away for the fences
True, but he knew what he signed up for(as per posting enough times while playing), and the day 1 protection often given to newbies is now up. yogsloth: I'm flexible, I'm hella flexible, but... what exactly are you expecting to fall out of the sky? You want a flashing neon sign, "SCUM HERE" to land on somebody?
That'd be nice, but in the meantime I think town players should try weighing everything carefully and equally...especially as we have some new faces this game. yogsloth: Again, we no-lynched Day 1, so we have nearly jack squat to analyze. We are starving for data. Without some lynch wagons and meaningful votes to analyze, we're computing with insufficient input.
Fair enough....also even if Micro is town his PR doesn't seem to be that helpful...still, with Micro's claim i'd rather we go after Flocke atm if possible. If not, and we get close to deadline and no lynch has occurred, I will hammer him myself if need be so everyone gets their wagon to analyze....sound fair?

Microfish_1: Claim:
I go by the name of Percy Weasley, of the House Gryffindor, and my résumé states that I am a Townie D4 Innocent Child.
Bwahahahaaha, an Innocent Child that is not confirmed till Day 4.... I go by the name of Percy Weasley, of the House Gryffindor, and my résumé states that I am a Townie D4 Innocent Child.
If you are truly Percy Weasley he was anything but an Innocent Child, he was an ambitious character that cared more about power than anything. My guess is you are probably a Neutral Survivor that wins if you make it to Day 4 or scum trying to stave off a lynch. The only thing that gives this claim any credence is the Mafia Wiki shows this version of an Innocent Child, but I still find it highly unlikely.
Here's the point I am at, I think agent and yog's are Town. I have no interest in voting either of them now or in the foreseeable future. If one or both of them have pulled the wool over my eyes and are truly scum I will be very surprised. That being said I could almost care less whoever else we lynch at this point. Scum keeps muddying the waters and if we don't put some actual votes with reasoning behind them I don't see Town winning this.
i'm going to bed, and my guess is I will wake up to even muddier waters. This game sure does make me laugh, even if it is with an eye tick at the same time LOL
Maybe tomorrow I'll play Age of Wonders 2...

Good points as well........what to do...what to do.....I could vote again and hope we hit scum or go after Flocke and hope he comes on and posts some more to explain his D1 actions/lack of posts some more. I also trust agent more now and lean yog more town then scum......and i'm starting to see that perhaps you/the others might be right.......a wagon to analyze would likely help us more than another no lynch. Thing is picking the right one and getting it completed, though. trentonlf: i'm going to bed, and my guess is I will wake up to even muddier waters. Bah, I say to that...we will NOT get another nolynch on my watch. Lift said he might switch to Micro if need be, and I will vote Micro if need be(even if town, and due to his seemingly not so useful PR) before deadline....so as long as no one leaves his wagon we will have the lynch so many want to happen(instead of a no lynch) on D2. You mean tomorrow IRL or tomorrow as in ALL OF D3? Ya gotta be clear on that. :)

I had never heard of an innocent child before so I'll skip the discussion on wether it is balanced or not. Remember when everybody complained that I talked too much about flavor and mechanics?
About agent, I believed his claim (and your Day 1 animosity towards him helped, yes). Although honestly I thought the neighbor would have appeared by now. :/ Yog felt in the beginning so eager to solve everything that striked me as town, as a mafia would have already known.
Lifthrasil: Why do you rate yogs as towny and agent even as your towniest pick?
So. Micro didn't re-appear yet to explain how an RW-Iso exonerates him. But he has been taken to L-1 in absence. By Consul.
@Consul: are you aware, that you are exposing him to the danger of a quickhammer? You know, the danger that you were so worried about yesterday, when it concerned agent?
I wanted agent to have time to claim, Micro had had a lot of time already. Now that he has claimed... it is a bit weird (too convenient?). So. Micro didn't re-appear yet to explain how an RW-Iso exonerates him. But he has been taken to L-1 in absence. By Consul.

Well Agent told us the neighbor is Carradice....so we have to wait for him to come online and confirm it or not......hopefully we'll get an answer on that soon, at any rate. @Carradice: Did Agent neighbor you or not? He claimed in a past post that he neighbored you....that true or no?
(@Op: The above line is not a vote)

ConsulCaesar: OK, Carr hasn't posted since then. I'd expect hin to confirm soon. It would be quite suicidal for agent to claim that if it wasn't true.
That is a good part of why I lean him near certain town atm. *GR walked back to the potions class to get a frosty mug of something strong and potent to enjoy with his meal in the dining hall as he waited to hear the "news" from fellow student Carradice & to see what the next few hours would bring*

Does anyone else see this trend of "trent suggests something, GR jumps on board"? TBH, it makes GR scummier. We have to have 3-4 scum, and i really don't think that all of the active players (including GR) are town. Meh.

Not me(by that I mean that I don't know what exactly you mean by this...could you point out the posts you mean?).....I disagreed with him on various things like whether or not to speculate on roles, whether or not to nolynch on D1, etc.
People agree and disagree with things as a game goes on.....and this post(seemingly "reaching" for things to suspect me about).....especially seeing as I un-voted you for awhile now(to give you breathing room from being unfairly lynched) & said I somewhat believed your claim/defended you a bit since you claimed.
Of course, I would prefer Flocke at this point, due to him not hammering even though you were his suspect at the time & he had a chance to do so, and he's been mostly quiet ever since. That is why I am holding off to see if his wagon takes off and picks up speed.....if he gets high enough i'll likely vote him.

I now want a lynch as the veterans seem to think it'll give us info, and your wagon is the biggest plus you seem to have a less valuable PR....thus if we HAD to lynch you it'd likely be better than losing another possibly better PR(If the game is as littered with them as I think).
