What's up with that expression? Hard as nails? Nails ain't that hard. They get beat up by hammers frequently. Nails are wusses.

And what's up with hammers? Why they be pickin' on nails all the time? They some kind of hardware bully? What's the deal, hammers? Not cool. Not cool.

Look, I ain't weird or anythin'. Just sayin'. I'm just a concerned citizen and something should be done and in my time things were better and what's up with kids these days and their loud disco music and stuff?
