Playing Mario Kart 64's battle mode after some magic cookies was a memorable experience. A confused and memorable experience.

A lot of memories, if you count the arcade machines in bars. Good ol' times: Rastan, mugs of beer and loud heavy metal. Just paradise.

Also, once I played Baldur's Gate 2 after a long night out. I progressed a lot but, when I woke up the following day, I hardly remembered what I had done in the game, so when I played it afterwards I found myself lost and confused, not sure of where I was and what I had to do.

Me, my college roommate, lots of beer and wings, Resident Evil. We played 1-3 on both the Gamecube and the PS1. Good times were had.

Nope. Eventually, after a few minutes checking the journal, maps and inventory I was ready to continue the game... But it was the gaming equivalent of waking up in an unknown place :)

I still have aches from my snes hands from those long nights. Used to gather for mario kart, metroid, street fighter etc.

grab the Classic. Those are all on there, though the split screen on Mario Kart SUCKS!

I got wasted at friend's birthday party and spent six dollars playing some of the highest scoring rounds of Ms. Pac-Man I have ever played! Tequila made me an arcade warrior...

I can't touch arcade machines sober. They feel like street-workers doing overtime.

I was looking at them, the classic snes and nes. Problem is they are £60 and £90. Not much point paying that for something I rarely use. I have a spare machine, so might put that down by the tv with an emulator on. They do look cool though. Me and the missus had a few games of smkart last week and she complained she couldn't do it, not modern enough, so have setup the wii now. I really am not too fond of the wii kart though, where is the hopping! Too much going on as well. The GCube version is supposed to be one of the best along with snes version, so may pickup that one as the gamecube is one of my favourite consoles second only to the snes and psx.

I once played Need for Speed Porsche Unleashed using a certain "really helps you to focus" intoxicant, and in the matter of a few hours, totally smashed every record I had in the game in ways that I've never been able to get even close to them again.

Also, I see your typing has improved significantly. At this rate, you'll be comprehensible in no time!

I just revved up Pac Man on my NES Classic.
