No.
It's not on GOG, and to be honest I doubt there is even a PC port. However it's pretty famous, there is at least one thread in General Discussion about it. So I'd say even if you haven't played it you heard about it. And you definititely heard about the franchise.

I have never had any console and I'm paying little attention to console games so even if it's famous I doubt I have much chance to guess it... :)

Apparently one of the pokemons you catch was in a police station. They had to make a warning asking players not to come in.

Oh... I have never played any Pokemon game and this whole new game seems a bit weird to me. I'm not even reading all those news about it because I don't actually understand most of it.

Me neither, since I only play PC games, so even famous console franchises are not something I'd normally know about. But this news item was pretty funny.
