New hints#4!

You can find this game listed at MobyGames, but not at Wikipedia.
The game is not available on Steam, nor GOG, nor GamersGate.
There is a tractor race mission that can be repeated over and over to improve your time, but it's actually not necessary and of course the game never tells you that "little fact" because it's job is not to make you comfortable even for a second. The creators of this game really deserve a public whipping and I can't believe the reviewer that got me to try this piece of junk gave this game 79 out of 100, that dude is loco.
New hints #5!

This game is made by a Czech developers (first for Russian market, then for ROW).
The last third of the game is actually a lot better than first two thirds. There is a visit to the church with putting together glass shards. There is a visit to underworld parallel universe where you have to think "outside of gates" and roll a la Marble Madness. Graveyard zombie shooting (oh yes, there are even some FPS moments in this game) and cart riding in the mines for the big finale.

Whaat? I've never heard of this game, it sounds fascinating! Won't google it, but...wow, I thought I should've heard of something this weird and especially if it's partially an adventure game and a FPS game. I mean, it does remind me of that adventure series called Hot Summer (where you have some shooter action but that one is set in Wild West/tropical island (depending if you're playing 1 or 2) and the Policeman series, however I'm not sure where that one is set - I've always thought it was in the Czech republic but I've never played it, just seen it.

The story of this game starts in New York but everything else is located on "Wild West" (I think) in the year 1925.

Is it heavy on the FMV?

No FMV whatsoever.

I know now what it is, some things didn't add up so I googled to find out if the game has yet another sequel and yes, it has! Wow, I never knew it came out but it does have a rather different name, that's why I thought it's another game or a fan-made sequel.

I'm dashing off today soonish, so I'll leave it up to someone else to guess it, but by now you should have enough hints to find out which game it is! ;)

As far as I know, my mystery title doesn't have a released sequel, just a planned one (maybe even canceled one).

I meant that your 'mystery' title is the sequel to the game I was thinking of. :)
New hints #6!

The main character is so important that his name happen to be in the game title.
The main character's girlfriend might be from Troy.
The main villain's name sounds like something you can order in an Italian restaurant.

Google. Fortunately ;P

OK, so I'm in this gloomy prison where some mad scientists conducted a terrible genes experiments. As you can probably guess something went wrong and apparently I'm the only person who was immune to those terrible changes. Now I have to escape and don't let this mutations spread around because otherwise humanity is doomed. I have a few guns with me, I need a good aim and I should remain calm. Oh man, I hate it when I'm walking down a corridor and I can hear those monsters growling but I cannot be sure when exactly they will attack. Yeah, did I mention something about staying calm? Good joke, their bloodcurdling scream is... oh my God, here they are!
