The dungeons in early Ultima games (1-5 plus Akalabeth) are grid based first person, but note that dungeons are only a relatively small part of the game (and in 2 can be skipped completely).

And its predecessor - Gates of Skeldal. Classic grid-based dungeon. Freeware version is downloadable here.
