Don't worry, i like to focus on x86, ARM, and Atmel assembly. Occasionally some C++.

Someone made a post about a certain british dude that was jailed under mysterious circumstances, and brits weren't allowed to talk about it. The post turned into a small debate involving 5 factions:

1. Those who supported the brit (mine)

2. Those who hated the brit, and wanted the topic gone

3. Those who disliked the brit, but thought it wasn't fair to try to make the topic go away

4. Those who didn't care about the brit, but were cool with the topic and not cool with group 2 for wanted to make it go away

5. Those who didn't care about the brit, but hate politics and wanted it to go away

It seems faction 2 won. Someone from faction 1 got banned. Faction 2 is trying to run with the momentum, right now.

MarkoH01: Hyperlinks are still (since several months) often completely broken. It's also impossible to use special characters like ä,ö,ü - which are quite common in German - inside hyperlinks. So my first wish would be that GOG would fix these finally.

I know IT but I am nearly a noob when it comes to web programming. So whatever you just offered I guess ... thanks? ;)

Faction 2 was the real problem, IMO. Faction 3 was civil, 1 got too focused on 2 and joined in the incivilities, due to the "wild west law of the forums." 4 and 5 were civil.

Sure, i'll hack something together when i wake up. i'm long overdue going to sleep. I'll just make something that converts to base64 or something, then takes a url of the format "redirect.php?url=8afak2la_" or something like that and turns it into another link. Won't be overly pretty to the user, but at least you can post your links, then.

It got ugly fast. It moved onto Islamophobia and outright racism before arriving at people wishing death upon others. Perhaps with some moderation it could have gone in a different direction, I'm glad Linko90 is here.
